I have a Nikon D60, buying new lens, whats better, Nikkor 54-200mm with VR, or a Sigma 70-300mm without VR? - 70-300mm vr require monopod
I want to update it. They are the same price and all other statistics are the same. The only difference is the reduction of vibrations to the Nikkor 70-300mm and the Sigma, but not VR. Everywhere I looked, the Sigma has received good grades.

Sigma who has good grades ... That is the question. Everyone I know with lenses that are made by the manufacturer of the camera, unless the floor there is a specialty lens through a generic brand that OEMs not made.
The goal of 55-200 mm Nikon is excellent and is a great add to your system with 18-55 mm Nikon, you already have. If you are really a 70-300 mm, that the Nikon VR .. is a prime target.
