Best books to have as an orthopedic physical therapist? - orthopedic physical assessment

I'm trying to get one as a present to my clinical instructor. She loves Sahrmann Shirley and Stanley Paris, and most things of the spine, especially the lower back and neck pain. All ideas are welcome!
